Below is our official shipping policy regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and terms.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience delays due to high volume or stock verification, we will notify you via email.
Domestic Shipping
For orders within U.S., estimated delivery time is:
3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on courier + city/region)
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery time:
7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by their country.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- delivery destination
- order weight/size
- courier service type
In some cases, promotional free shipping may be offered.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to display depending on the carrier system.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- failed deliveries due to incomplete information
If you need to make corrections, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost / Delayed Packages
The Martini Workout® is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processes, weather, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly first.
However, we will still assist you with claims when possible.
